Welcome to Long Island Hotels

In 1998, two Long Island entrepreneurs, John C. Tsunis and John A. Danzi, launched Long Island Hotels LLC, a hotel company that develops, constructs, and manages hotels for the business and leisure traveler that deliver the ambience and personal attention of a full service hotel without expensive prices.

Commitment to Quality.

Long Island Hotels LLC's corporate mission is to provide travelers with “excellence in hospitality” through extraordinary personal service and first-rate facilities without the high prices normally associated with premiere lodgings. Its staff is polite and knowledgeable and its facilities are first-rate, resulting in an unsurpassed hotel product.

Commitment to Community.

The company's founders have a strong belief in having close ties with the local community, with their involvement playing a major role in the firm's development and vision. They are proud to do business on a local level, purchasing the bulk of its goods and services from other nearby businesses, which results in every dollar spent by hotel guests going back into the community and helps to provide jobs for residents.

Commitment to People.

John Tsunis and John Danzi are committed to serving their community, joining with other members of their team from executives to front desk receptionists in supporting a number of worthwhile charitable organizations. The company is also dedicated to strong and enthusiastic support of education, as exemplified by the John A. Danzi Athletic Center at St. Joseph's College, and John Tsunis' membership on the Touro Law School Board of Visitors. Both John Tsunis and John Danzi have been recognized by numerous local organizations for their outstanding community service efforts and exemplary practices.
